Rule 51
Procedure related to transfer
: Subject to rule 50, the following procedure will be adopted and transferred in the following cases:- a) If any police officer is found unsuitable to be kept in any office or if any police officer is needed due to job specifications, the concerned office shall disclose the matter to the concerned body in writing. Will have to send.
(b) If a police employee needs to be transferred due to personal reasons, he/she should submit an application to the concerned district police office or a higher office by filling out the form as per schedule-13.
(c) In case of receiving the application as per Clause (b), the concerned office shall register it and send it to the transferring office along with the opinion of the head of the office and inform the applicant thereof.
